Following the uninspiring final on the pitch in South Africa, the Learning Resource Centre staged its own final following four weeks of competitions, quizzes and score predictions. Ruling out penalty shoot outs, we settled on drawing the overall winner and runner up. Runner up and winner of the chocolate boot was Laura Hancock and ‘world champion’ and winner of the large chocolate football (complete with red and yellow card and whistle) was Charlie Quinnell.
