Term 6 was dedicated to the world of Spanish cuisine. Each group had to search for a Spanish delicacy, along with its origin and a brief history about the place of origin. As they say, the best way to learn is through the stomach!
There were churros, patatas bravas, seafood, chorizo, chicken paella and tacos to choose from. It was an invaluable experience that we all shared together and we all felt that we grew closer to one another than we were before, due to the teamwork that was necessary to produce delicious cuisine.
It was an experience I would not exchange for the world, developing closer ties with my friends whilst enriching my knowledge of foreign cultures and cuisine.
