On Monday 29th January, The Skinners' Kent Academy Year 12 Young Enterprise Team attended the West Kent Speaking Competition at Kent College. Sixth Form students from several local secondary schools took part in the event and presented their thoughts on a number of topics.
Josh Tweddle represented the Academy and delivered an excellent speech surrounding the title "Executive pay has been ratcheted up so high that it is impossible to see a credible link between remuneration and performance" - Ian Wright (Chairman CEIS).
We would like to thank the team for representing the Academy in such a positive fashion. They are a credit to the Academy Sixth Form and the International Baccalaureate curriculum they all follow.
