Profile

Grant is a chartered occupational psychologist and managing director of Omada, a company that works globally with CEOs and senior executives on organisational development initiatives, with a particular focus on top team effectiveness.  He serves as a Justice of the Peace, is a liveryman of The Skinners’ Company, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.  Grant attended Tonbridge School, before going on to study psychology at Lancaster University, and then at the University of Sheffield.  He lives in Bristol.
