Our Team

Karen is the Chief Operating Officer and first joined the Academy in March 2020. She has achieved a Level 7 Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, a Level 7 Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development and a Level 5 Diploma for School Business Managers. She is also a Governor at Two Bridges School.
