KAN Meet-up

On the 8^th October, several students from Year 9 to Year 13 took part in their autumn meet-up for the Kent Academies Network (KAN) at Sevenoaks School.

On the day, the students had the chance to connect with others students from different areas of Kent, as well as beginning to network with wider audiences within education to expand their horizons further. Students were treated to a range of sessions including learning about CV’s and cover letters, what student finance would be like at University, and how to understand stress and build resilience.

Several students were commended for their summer projects, including two First Class projects being awarded to two SKA students - Rhea and Ramona; Congratulations to both!
