Careers Assembly

On Tuesday, we received a careers assembly from one of our parents who runs their own business in Recruitment. She spoke to our Year 8’s about what a career in recruitment looks like, the day to day tasks that she does, the skills that will help you in that career, and how she has had the opportunity to talk to people all over the world. The students were interested to hear that she didn’t initially think about having a career in recruitment and instead wanted to study criminology, but since starting her business, she loves her career, and has inspired some of our students with a career that some of them may not have heard of before.
