Kent Relief Sixth Form Assembly

We were pleased to welcome Sue from Kent Relief to speak with our Sixth Form students this week, after two of our students had volunteered with this charity

It was interesting to hear of the amazing work of Kent Relief, who support people in Ukraine, and how our students have taken part in this charities work; they shared their experiences of being part of the aid delivery to key regions first hand, from loading lorries, travelling across borders, hearing warning sirens and meeting locals who benefit from this aid. It showed just how impactful our time can be when we volunteer to support.
