It’s been a buzzing week in Careers!

Year 11 Interviews:
Forty-five of our Year 11 students took part in one-to-one guidance interviews with an external careers advisor, fully funded by the Academy. These personalised sessions helped students feel confident and informed about their next steps after GCSEs.

Year 13 Personal Statement Workshop:
Thirty students enjoyed an inspiring workshop led by an Admissions Officer from Christchurch Canterbury University, exploring how to craft a strong Personal Statement for university applications and degree apprenticeships.

Year 9 Reminder:
Please can we remind Year 9 students to bring their devices every Week B Tuesday for their careers programme -being prepared will help them get the most out of these sessions.

Looking Ahead:
This week, ten students from Years 8 & 9 will be heading to Maidstone Hospital for an exciting careers experience event. We can’t wait to hear all about it!

The Careers Team continues to open doors, spark aspiration and support every student in exploring their future pathways.
