On Thursday, 3 students in Year 10 Food Tech led a demonstration showing how the ending result of their scones can change depending on the use of different variations of ingredients and cooking variables. For example, using different kinds of flour, baking soda, oven temperatures and so on. It was great to see all of the students getting involved and predicting the outcomes, whilst also learning something new practically.
