Holocaust Remembrance Assembly

On Thursday, Year 9 received an assembly from Gerry Hahlo from Generation 2 Generation to commemorate the Holocaust. He spoke to the students about the story of his Grandfather and Father being in Germany during the First and Second World War, and being of Jewish descent.

His story was incredibly moving and inspiring, and the students showed an amazing level of respect and inquisitiveness by listening carefully and asking questions at the end.
