Careers Assembly - The Diamond Setter

On Tuesday, our Year 8 students got the opportunity to hear from Gavin, the Master Jeweller and Diamond Setter at The Diamond Setter in the Pantiles. He showed the students videos of his daily work, including setting diamonds into rings, and explained the journey he took to get to where he is today.

The students were excited to learn about a unique career they may not have heard of before, and it was great to see them asking many thoughtful questions.
