ISSP Workshop at Weald of Kent Grammar School

Last Wednesday, a group of High Ability Students from Years 7 and 8 travelled to Weald of Kent Grammar School to take part in the second event of this year’s Independent and State School Partnership project – One World.

The Academy students worked in groups with students from Weald of Kent Grammar School, The Skinners’ School, Kent College Pembury and Oakley School to create a collage which represented the many cultures which make up and are represented within the British Isles. Each student had collected a range of images, which were then combined to create vibrant collages.

These collages will be displayed in each of the participating schools over the coming terms.  Look out for them in Reception!
