St John's Year 5&6 Students Visiting

On Tuesday, St John’s Primary School students came to visit us at the Academy for a taster day.

Their Year 5 and 6 students enjoyed sessions in Art, Science, Food Tech and Sports. In art they got to make collage pieces to colour in flowers and birds with cut-outs from magazines, in Food Tech they got to make cupcakes, and in Science they learned about forensics and made their own DNA from sweets!

We hope they had a fun time and we enjoyed having them in the Academy for the day.
