SKA's new Equestrian Team

Our new SKA Equestrian Team had their first competition at Felbridge Showground on Sunday 9 June.

Rosie Cooper (Year 7) with her pony Blaze, had a super clear show jumping round in the 50cm with a 5th placing along with qualifying for Hickstead! Rosie and Blaze then had another excellent round in the 60cm.

India Down (Year 7) with her pony Nemo, didn’t place in her classes, but had a good 70-75cm show jumping round, an unfortunate refusal in the 60cm JWS (jumping with style) but a positive round in the 70cm JWS.

Rosie and India (and Blaze and Nemo) are already looking forward to representing SKA at Petley on 23rd June.
