HEAD OF YEAR (non-teaching role)

37 Hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time plus INSETS)

SAT Pay Band E in training (£27,852 - £29,716) rising to SAT band F (£30,404 - £33,752) Pro rata will apply

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Year to join our pastoral team, working 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year). Someone with a strong commitment to supporting and guiding young people, the successful candidate will be passionate about making a real difference in students’ lives while maintaining high standards and upholding Academy policies and high expectations. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role; however, we would also consider appointing someone with the right skills and aspirations who is willing to train alongside one of our experienced Heads of Year for the remainder of this academic year (salary to reflect experience). Our established team currently includes a Head of Year for each year group from 7 to 11, and one overseeing Years 12 and 13, you will play a vital part in continuing this high level of support.

Salary whilst training will be SAT Pay Band E.  Pro rata will apply.
